I love what I do. I live for solving problems, and finding solutions. Product Management, Interior Decorating, it's all a product to me, and a problem to be solved. 

My Background

I've been involved in Software companies for the last 20 years. I started out in marketing/presales, but gravitated towards product management. I've managed everything from Restaurant automation software to email, to recognition software, to software to help employers make better people decisions. I live for delighting customers and truly understanding what problem needs to be solved.

I took a break from full time software product management for a few years (some may say midlife crisis ;) and went back to school for decorating. I loved it, I loved the creation process, the end result...it's a lot like product management actually. Unfortunately, it also involves accounting, and schlepping. Neither of which I loved, so back to software I went. 

I now lead product teams. I thrive on helping my teams succeed. I lead with a collaborative, driven, and high standards approach. Seeing my team & product flourish is my biggest reward.

I live by a number of mantras (feel free to read my blog to see my opinions)...but probably the biggest one is that I don't f*&k around. I get shit done. I stop at nothing. I am collaborative, supportive, and a bit of a control freak.  I am driven to get results, and I am always striving to do better.
